Return & Refund Policy – Women’s Jewellery
We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read the following return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and accessories intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (including studs, hoops, etc.)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged or defective)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact customer support with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

4. Return Approval Process
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive confirmation within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, instructions for return pickup or self-shipping will be shared.
- Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered.
- For all other approved cases, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
8. Important Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and photography; these are not considered defects.
- Jewellery should be handled carefully; damage caused due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
